Professional Specialties
As a financial advisor, Eric helps successful professionals gain clarity about their wealth to help them maximize their financial opportunities and spend more time focusing on their careers and families. He specializes in serving executives, and he offers an elevated level of service to support their busy lifestyles. He knows it takes an extreme amount of trust to delegate one’s financial responsibilities, and he honors that by communicating with his clients constantly. He spends ample time getting to know them, their families, and their financial situations, and he becomes a steadfast partner, offering real, honest advice and wise counsel to guide them through life.
Eric is passionate about the dynamic world of investments, and as he studies the markets, he makes it a point to have regular conversations with his clients about not only the state of their own wealth, but the world around them and how it impacts their personal and financial goals. He has extensive experience in transnational financial planning, and he’s adept at helping international clients navigate complex issues like estate planning strategies, tax strategies, and foreign asset management.
Education & Experience
Eric started his financial career as an advisor with Morgan Stanley (then Smith Barney) in 1995 shortly after graduating from Colgate University. In 1998, he moved to New York City and joined a team that specialized in stock plan administration for Fortune 500 companies. It was there that he began working with high-level corporate executives across the globe, developing relationships and learning how to navigate their unique financial landscapes. Just 25 at the time, this was an incredible growth experience for Eric, and it solidified his view that transparency and trust are the most important things an advisor can offer his client.
Today, Eric is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with others. For nearly ten years, he mentored fellow lacrosse players from his alma mater. He has contributed to and been featured in numerous publications and platforms like The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg TV, and others.
Community Involvement
Eric lives in Greenwich, Connecticut, and plays an active role in the community. As one of his district’s elected Representatives, he meets monthly with fellow Representatives to discuss town matters and approve the town’s budget. He is also on the board of the Greenwich Reform Synagogue and contributes regularly to the local library and other organizations. For over 15 years, he has stayed heavily involved in local youth sports, coaching boys’ and girls’ basketball, flag and tackle football, and boys’ and girls’ soccer. He was also the Commissioner of a few boys’ basketball groups.
Personal Life
Eric and his wife Karen have four children (three of whom are teenagers). Each of them plays a different sport, from cheerleading, to football, to squash, and Eric enjoys playing an active role as their coach and fan. He and Karen have been married for more than 20 years, and family time is incredibly important to them both, whether they’re vacationing together or sharing a family meal.
In his free time, Eric enjoys golfing or playing tennis, exercising, and having dinner with friends and family.

Professional Passion
With many years of experience in investments and financial planning, Theresia's greatest passion is helping people with their investment decisions. She takes a very personal approach to serving her clients, and she feels it is important to know the people she works with. As a seasoned advisor, she knows that she can't guarantee or change the market, but she can support and help clients make informed decisions.
Theresia loves the diverse knowledge her role requires - in most professions you may only have to be knowledgeable in the specific area you work in, but as a financial advisor, you need to be up to date in global trends and news in all sorts of areas, and she appreciates the great support of Raymond James' excellent research team. A comprehensive planner keeps the big picture in mind and needs to be well informed about news and developments, and Theresia loves to share this research with her clients.
Professional Background
Originally from Germany, Theresia started her career at Dean Witter which later merged with Morgan Stanley. At that time, the equity culture in Germany was not quite as developed. But she enjoyed the work and was fascinated by the financial markets, even if she had to work until 10 p.m. because of the transatlantic time difference.
She then spent 10 years at Prudential and another 15 at Raymond James in Germany before moving to Steward Partners. In 2015, she moved to the U.S. and now supports the Beiley team on their European client base, and she likes to be a source of familiarity and comfort especially for their German speaking clientele.
Personal Life
Theresia lives in South River, New Jersey, with her husband Daniel and their two adopted dogs, Chloe and Fey. She and her husband love playing golf, which offers the opportunity to exercise and enjoy time together outdoors in mostly beautiful scenery.
Theresia likes spending time with her family here, and as often as possible, in Germany. She loves yoga and listening to podcasts about mindset and achieving goals.

“Potatoes—you can do so many different things with potatoes! I like every variation.”
What is one thing every person should add to their daily routine?
“Exercise—walking outside, running, anything—it grows your mind.”
If you could go back and live in a different time period, when would that be?
“A time without so many wars—but that’s rare. Maybe in the 50s—after the War, when everyone wanted to forget all the bad things and live again. There were so many opportunities; you could do almost anything. Everything was about new beginnings, and everybody wanted to be happy—at least, that’s the impression I have. My parents might say something else, but that’s what I envision.”
